Kachinas are masked and costumed dancers representing various spiritual and natural aspects of life. They bestow blessings and nurture life. Kachinas were once made only for the women and children of the tribe but now are made for all to enjoy. The Eagle Dancer is responsible for carrying prayers to heaven as he is closest to the divine. Due to the nature of natural and handmade items, no two are alike, colors and artwork will vary.
